As an immigrant, I deeply understand the intricate interactions between initial encounters and our cultural and personal histories. “The Light Within” is an immersive installation designed to remind visitors of the complex web of human experiences and the vital role of empathy.

Inside the installation, visitors engaged with a dynamic interplay of light and reflections, prompting introspection and connection. This immersive environment highlighted cultural, emotional, and experiential dimensions, deepening appreciation for diverse backgrounds. Reflective surfaces and transparent fabrics fostered a playful, responsive atmosphere, blurring boundaries between interior and exterior experiences. This setup facilitated a visual dialogue, with visitors perceiving the interconnectedness of internal reflection and communal existence.
